With an addition to the existing second floor of this 1920’s residence, we brought the home up to today’s living standards by adding two walk-in closets and utilizing existing attic space for a new shelving unit and built-in dresser.  Other modifications/additions include spray foam insulation for the entire second floor, new concrete driveway, a new front porch and a new roof.
